Raw Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined, Tail-on
A peeled and deveined, tail-on shrimp, is essentially a cooked tail-on shrimp that has not been cooked. The 5th through 2nd shell segments are removed, the large intestine is also removed, the 1st segment and tail are left on the shrimp. This product form is mostly used by restaurants due to is ease of use and minimal needed preparation.
