Sea Lion has long relationships with many producers throughout Asia and Central and South America. Fish and fish fillets are not all created equal.

Sea Lion fulfills custom orders to meet the specific buyer's specifications, ensuring both superior quality and customer satisfaction. These are a few of the fish items Sea Lion supplies.

Salmon- Sea Lion sources Chum Salmon from China on a per order basis. This item is customer specific and is not stocked as a regular inventory item. The fish is available as either fillets or portions, depending on the buyer’s needs.

Tuna- Sea Lion sources Yellowfin Tuna from Thailand, Indonesia, & Vietnam on a per order basis. The most common form is Tuna steak. Sizes range from 4 to 12 oz.

Mahi Mahi- Sea Lion sources Mahi Mahi from Ecuador. This is a seasonal item and supplies can vary accordingly. This is a regular inventory item when supplies are available. Mahi Mahi comes in several forms--fillets, both natural and CO treated. Portions range in sizes 4-10 oz. Fletches and spears are also available.

Swordfish- Sea Lion sources Swordfish from Ecuador. This is a seasonal item and supplies can vary. This is not a regular inventory item.

Escolar- Sea Lion sources Escolar from Ecuador. The most common form imported by Sea Lion is the Saku blocks, a very popular item for Sushi restaurants.

Wahoo- Sea Lion sources Wahoo from Ecuador. This is a seasonal item and supplies can vary. This is not a regular inventory item.

Tilapia- Sea Lion sources Tilapia from China. Due to the extensive fraud in the U.S. with this item, Tilapia is not a regular inventory item. Sea Lion imports it for specific customers. The common forms are fillets, 2-3, 3-5, 5-7 & 7-9, and whole gutted in sizes 350-550 grams.
